The International Labour Organization (ILO) has produced a list of the most common signs of forced labour. We asked the organisation how its statement demonstrates progress over time in addressing modern slavery risks. They provided the following answer:
We have set progress goals. Firstly to continue to strengthen our approach to managing the risks of modern slavery and other human rights abuses within our business and across our supply chain over the next 12 months. We have also detailed how as part of our Modern Slavery Strategy, we intend to extend our scope to focus on Goods Not for Resale, deeper supply chain issues and the impact of climate change. We will also extend training on Modern Slavery risks to our supply chain partners.
