Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: While this is considered low-risk, we recognise that certain labour types, migrant, contract, temporary, outsourced, carry higher exploitation risks. We work with Operational Risk to assess and mitigate these, with controls audited by Internal Audit. Our 2024–25 gap analysis highlighted third-party services as a focus. In response, we’re enhancing onboarding, audits, worker engagement, and grievance mechanisms, with further training planned. |
