We also take into account the UN Framework and Guiding Principles, as well as the ETI Base Code, OECD and ILO guidelines and principles, and ensure that our policies and practices evolve accordingly.

All active suppliers must read, sign and adhere to it, or publish an equivalent commitment which embeds basic business ethics principles, including adherence to local and national laws and regulations. Actions or plans to address this risk Organisation’s response: We maintain strong colleague engagement through a variety of interactive channels and are officially recognised as a Great Place To Work® reflecting good culture, policies and practices. We implement financial initiatives to protect and support lower paid workers, inc. benefits tailored to support the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of all colleagues. We pay the National Living Wage and above in the UK, and at least the State minimum in the US.
