Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: Joules Supplier Ethical Trading Policy clearly states that any factories found to have non-compliances (NCs) must follow up and close these as part of their Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within the timeframe given. The Joules Ethical Auditor monitors these to ensure all NCs are closed and will follow up with site visits where necessary |

Joules has also joined discussions through the ETI to explore how best to address the issue and has had internal agreement to sign the call to action on this issue. Work is now being completed internally to ensure an appropriate action plan is in place in order to carry out the commitments of the call to action |
