| Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: Using our Whistleblower process, our staff are also able to alert staff to any risk or danger they may be exposed to. They would inform management and we would act immediately to resolve this through any required means: ~ Contact local authorities. ~ Extracting the staff member safely ourselves. ~ Expensing for travel to get to safe locations. |

| Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: When procuring travel, staff are instructed to inform management before submitting the expense request. This allows us to assess the journey and it's safety before accepting and allowing the travel to take place. Our staff are encouraged to purchase effective and safe means of travel through trusted websites/businesses. |

| Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: When we are onboarding a client, before any purchases or agreements are made, one of our first steps is to align all parties on our policies and agreements. Our anti-slavery policy falls under this process. Not only staff, but our suppliers and clients are obliged to sign our policies before we continue a business relationship. If we discovered a breach, we would contact authorities and sever business ties with the accused immediately. |
