Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: Our compliance and auditing requirements include review of the recruitment process, including the recruiter's registrations and processes plus interview of the migrant workers. We utilise independent auditing bodies to conduct social compliance and ILO 11 indicator audits of our suppliers. |

Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: The people likely affected are not just the groups you have listed above but also include men. There are five social insurances that can be taken out by workers. Some worker will have a particular rural/urban social insurance and are reluctant to change to the new system or they may only have one or two insurances. Each province governs the insurances separately and differently; our suppliers are working on programmes to bridge the gap, which we closely monitor through action plans. |

Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: The group most likely to be affected are men (engineers and production operators). There are occasions where longer hours are driven by supply demand and others where there are exceptional circumstances, for instance to repair a machine. Suppliers are investigating various shift systems / patterns and allocation of resources / automation to mitigate this risk and we are already seeing a downward shift in working hours. |
