As such, the Group applies the most stringent professional standards, promotes diversity and inclusion by rejecting all forms of discrimination. The Group has a policy of combating inappropriate behavior by integrating the “Respect for Colleagues” section of the Code of conduct into the Group’s actions and decisions. An annual review of high-risk countries in terms of HR is also performed. |
