Measures include: - ensuring communications on site to ensure workers know how to raise concerns via whistleblowing or modern slavery helplines. - conducting external unannounced audits on live construction sites worth over £3 million in development Additionally we have a modern slavery brief which is continuously improved and revised.

What are ILO indicators of forced labour?
The International Labour Organization (ILO) has produced a list of the most common signs of forced labour. In 2024, we developed a set of measures to be implemented, tracked and measured within our business. In monitoring and ensuring the effectiveness of our modern slavery actions, we engaged a specialist charity Unseen to assess progress against best and leading practice. In our 2024 statement we further developed the KPIs, increasing the scope and including two new supply chain KPIs.
