Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: Improved our customer onboarding journey during 2024, reinforced our barriers to financial crime and created general awareness amongst our customers and the public. In 2024, an Interpretation Service was introduced to support our customers who have difficulty communicating in English. This is in the form of an automated translation service and an on-demand phone interpretation service with access to over 120 languages. This service will empower our customers to make better and informed choices. |
