Actions or plans to address this risk Organisation’s response: Risk assessments are carried out within our supply chains to fully comply with our Code of Business Conduct We value long-term relationships with our selected raw material, packaging material, traded goods, and transport and logistics suppliers, and invest in collaboration with them. We always conduct a supplier risk assessment before starting collaboration with a new supplier and evaluate existing suppliers at regular intervals.

What are ILO indicators of forced labour?
The International Labour Organization (ILO) has produced a list of the most common signs of forced labour. They’re based on the definition of forced labour as ‘all work or service which is extracted from any person under the menace of any penalty and for which the said person has not offered himself voluntarily.’ More details and guidance are available on the ILO website, and in their publication ILO indicators of forced labour

Our ambition is that by 2030 all raw materials from high-risk areas come from sustainable sources verified by ext parties. We have defined a set of standards & verifications accepted by Paulig & continued to build ext verifications of raw materials We are committed to improving our policies procedures & practices. Paulig Code of Conduct for Suppliers is based on international standards and it will be updated in 2022 In 2021 Paulig’s whistleblowing tool was extended to ext stakeholders.
