Actions or plans to address this risk | Organisation’s response: This risk is considered to be extremely low. Suppliers are expected to adhere to Just's code of ethics and key contract terms relating to modern slavery are included in supplier contracts to ensure adherence. Just's main suppliers are surveyed to understand the extent to which they are managing their ESG impacts, and they are asked to confirm that they have a modern slavery, human trafficking and child labour policy (or equivalent) in place that is reviewed annually. |

Just adheres to all relevant legislation on workplace requirements and health and safety laws. The offices are maintained to a very high standard. Employees are asked to complete bi-annual questionnaires, which include questions on the environment they work in, to obtain feedback and take action, where required. |

In addition, mandatory training is provided to educate and empower all employees to recognise, prevent and report any form of sexual harassment. The Group's whistleblowing policy has been updated to include explicit wording on the process for reporting sexual harassment. |
